Suggest Treatment For Retroverted Uterus

hello ........My name is Ankita,22 years old..Ma'am i have been facing severe Period cramp,since last 4 years ,on the first day of my period .Its unbearble,without painkiller i cant stay. Yesterday i have consulted to a Gyno ,he told abt ultrsound.And the report came as my uterus restroverted.It measures 7.0 cm in long axis and 3.2 cm in thickness.Endometrial cavity is normal,and its thickness is within limit.Cervix is normal.Ovaries are normal in size and volume.normal adnexas..

And gave Drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets,USP....fOR 3 MONTHS COURSE.
I HAVENT TAKEN YET..


i am so tensed,about the retroverted uterus,will it create any severe problem in the future?

and is the tablets is okay to take becuse m only 22,??

and even i am facing acne prblm since last 4 years..

please help me out..

A retroverted uterus is a uterus that is tilted posteriorly. Most women have anteverted uterus, which is tipped forward toward the bladder.A retroverted uterus is usually diagnosed during a routine pelvic examination or an ultrasound.
It usually does not pose any medical problems & women can concieve & become mother. However it can be associated with dyspareunia (pain during sexual intercourse) and dysmenorrhea (pain during menstruation) as in your case.
For pain during menstruation, you should take Drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets as directed for 3 months.
