Suggest Treatment For Retching And Vomiting

Ok. I have been having dry heaves lately in the night. Last night I also was vomiting what looks like tobacco. Little history. I take Coumadin for mechanical aortic valve. I also have Crohn s disease and barrettes esophagus and am currently without insurance. Thanks

I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Acute Gastritis?Tobacco induced with Urticaria with Crohn's disease.
Dry Heaves with retching and vomiting is known side effect of Coumadins.

Remedy-
Avoid alcohol / Tobacco/ and spicy fried food,as the gastritis is induced by it and is adding to dry heaves of Coumadins.
Bland Veggi Diet
Gaviscon- Liquid-2 tsf with intakes each time x 3 times a day.
Tab PPI-Veloz D- 1 x 2 times a day.x 4-6 weeks
Tab Steroids to check the severity of the Crohn's Factor adding to the retching /Vomitings and dry heaves.
Tab Zincovit
Cap Vit A /E supplementation
Tab Vit B12 2500 mcg
Tab Vit Folic Acid 50 mg
Re-endoscopic assessment after 4-6 weeks of this corrective treatment
