halo this is Roberto,have been in tropical country where i got sinusitis,headahe and continueing catar and associated coughing. remaining symptoms coughing. its like a itching about where the nose vents join the back of my throat, and makes continual coughing. also i have continual thickish mucus from nose and sinus tubes, usually a greenish slightly yellowish colour, which often also has to be snored to the back of my throat frequently to clear. until now i did not see doctor about this, but its been continuos now about 8 or 9 months.

It seems like you have Chronic rhino sinusitis, one course of broad spectrum antibiotics for 5 days , also try with some mucolytics and steam inhalation ..
