Hello!Welcome to HCM.

Recurring tongue ulcers can be due to a sharp tooth.
Make sure a sharp tooth doesnt irritate the area.
Check if unhygienic dentures are present.
Avoid smoking and alcoholism
Be stress free.
Take B12, iron and folic acid supplements.
maintain proper oral hygiene.
You can apply a soothing gel like Gumtone which prevents any secondary infection.
Extraction as such will not cause tongue ulcers but, it may be secondary to the antibiotics used after extraction.

Regards.
