Hello,

I suggest softening the wax using the ear drops. Then you should use warm water. After a day or two, when the wax is softened, use a rubber bulb syringe to gently squirt warm water into the ear canal. Dry your ear canal.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
