Suggest Treatment For Redness And Swelling Below Eyebrows After Waxing

i got my eyebrows waxed, and the corner of my eyelid right below my eyebrow is extremely swollen and red. I Took a Benadryl just in case it was an allergic reaction, applied petroleum jelly for the burning, and put ice on it. The swelling went away a little but is still very noticeable. It s only been about 30 min. am I not being patient enough or should I be worried?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
hi,
Dont worry it is an allergic reaction to the waxing. since you have taken all symptomatic treatment like applying ice and petroleum jelly so dont worry.

benadryl is a antihistamine hence it will help you for the allergic reaction.
Kindly be careful next time before waxing.try to avoid it since you may be allergic to it.

As of now relax dont worry it will be fine by tomorrow morning.

Regards,
Dr.Riyanka
