Suggest Treatment For Redness And Open Pores On The Face

Hi Doctor, I am 28 years Old,Recently i have developed open pores in cheek areas near the nose and some sort of redness with red bumps which appears when face is oily which looks odd.I generally use LACTOCALAMINE on my face.Please suggest some ointments or creams as i am having my marriage in 2 months.Please Guide me.Thanks In advance.
