Suggest Treatment For Redness And Inflammation In The Rectal Area

neeed a Virtual Online c2c consult from a Maledermatologist..never had this happen before...developed urban termed... swamp crotch ...i bought new trunk style underwear that had elastane in them...for 2 weeks it got worse...figured it was them allergic reaction to the elastane..so went back to 100% cotton ck briefs...i change my underwear daily and shower daily...but i have large hairy balls and thick thighs i sweat alot and stand all day....so used gold bond cornstrach 3 medicated powder....then zinc oxide cream for diaper rash...and then bought tubes of fresh balls ....in the beginning had some leftover triamcinolone acetonide and mupiirocin ointments from a rectal rash...used those for 3 days when real inflamed.......still kinda red and taking forever to heal....need a virtual consult i guess to see if im on the right track healing......getting to my Derm Dr at Virginia Mason downtown would take me awhile...Thanx Terry..

* The issue sounds to be likely peri anal inflammation from bacterial or fungal infection most likely.

* In addition to the local care which is being perfectly taken by you, there is requirement of antibiotic ( as cephalosporin group or else ) and anti inflammatory drugs as per the choice of your dermatologist to heal it earliest.
