hi ..i had a small blackhead on my central nose which by frustration was removed by me .and later aftr two days i found a big red swollen puss filled pimple inflammed and which again i got burst and removed the plug and sebum...bt nw my tht part of nose has redness and a bit swollen ...bt looks ugly on my face wht to do...

You might have developed furuncles.
These are deep bacterial infections.
Treatment is with antibiotics but the choice of antibiotics should be based on culture and sensitivity tests.
Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
