Suggest Treatment For Red Spots On The Lower Legs

Recently I ve noticed one or two red, angry looking spots on my lower legs. I shave my legs regularly (using sensitive shave gel) and never had a problem before. The spots seem to take ages to go and are generally around the sides of the calf area. I have been applying neat tea-tree oil to the affected area which helps with inflammation. What I want to know its why I m getting them and what is causing it? Many thanks.
