Suggest Treatment For Red Spots On Penis Head

Hey around month ago I took antibiotic from friend of mine because I had some teeth pain , the name of the antibiotic is AMOXICILLIN after few days I got some itching in my thighs , I just thought it s some ants bits or something but it got kinda worse and in the third week which is yesterday I just found little tiny red spots on my pines head

Hello,

Most probably it will be due to superficial fungal infection. We have to rule out other conditions like balanitis or genital herpes also.
As of now you can apply topical anti-fungal creams like Clotrimazole for symptomatic relief.If symptoms persist you can consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
