Suggest Treatment For Red Spots And Swelling On Penis With Painful Urination
Hi doc. Just want to consult how to cure the red spots on my penis and some spot with mild swelling at the tip of it. Also, there are painful plenty of rashes in the skin below the tip of my penis. There is also pain inside my penis whenever i am peeing. What can you advise? Thank you.

Understand your concern.
You are suffering from STDs.
STD is most common in sexually active men. It occur at any age.
Following are the STDs disease
1. Syphilis
2. Gonorrhoea
3. Herpes
4. Human papiloma virus
5. Chlamydia
6. Hepatitis
7. Gonorrhea
8. HIV
Fro your symptoms I think you are suffering from herpes
It is transmitted through oral, vaginally and anal sex.
For diagnosis you have to consult doctor and do testing for herpes and other STDs:
1. Gram stain and culture
2. PCR and nucleic acid amplification test:swab should be taken from urethra
Following are the advice of
Herpes infection-
Tablet zovirax: 200 mg PO every 4hr while awake (5 times daily) for 10 days or 400 mg PO q8hr for 7-10 days
Gonorrhea/Chlymadia:
1. Drugs: Cetriaxone 500 mg Intra mascular stat and Azithromycin 1 gram stat, because to treat gonorrhea and chlamydia.
It also overcome ceftriaxone resistance
2. Avoid sex till you clear from infection
3. Use safer sex practice: Use condom, Dental dams
4. Maintain hygiene after sex
5. If fever: Tablet Paracetamol 500 mg BD
6.Tablet cetrizine 5 mg BD orally
7. If not resolved, do screening test for all above disease.
