Suggest Treatment For Red Rashes And Cuts On Penis

When my penis is erect, it gets few cuts on skin and see very slight blood. Tip of penis is having red rashes. When washing its burn with huge pain. Recently I have done blood test and found sugar for pre & post lunch test. Is this the reason plz.... Help me..

Yes it might be if you are a diabetic patient. If not than you should be screened by your doctor for infection and the swab of that area is needed. Please discuss with your doctor for this.
