Suggest Treatment For Red Pimples With White Heads Around The Anus
My son is 6 yrs old and in tears when he wipes. I checked and there s several areas surrounding his anus that look exactly like pimples with white heads. What is this and how should I treat it? It s been a few days that he s been in pain but the white puss bumps just showed up today

It could be eczema or folliculitis.
As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
