General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The pimples can be related to many medical conditions. One of the common causes can be contact dermatitis. I suggest using a topical antihistamine to relieve the symptoms. I also suggest to maintain a good hygiene. If the symptoms continue, you should see a gynecologist for further evaluation.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
