General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, red patches on eyelids and under the eyes with change in hair as dull dry can be in concern with possible allergy induced secondary changes.

* This does not co relate with a new intrauterine device in any manner. My guidelines at present

- drink more liquids to maintain hydration

- local application of aloe vera gel 3 times a day

- anti histamine tablet as cetrizine or loratidine 2 times a day

- avoid prolong exposure to sun

- avoid use of any commercial hair dye

- control of blood sugar for prevention of any secondary infection

However, if you can provide a photo picture of the patches during follow up discussion, I can guide further precisely in this regard.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
