Suggest Treatment For Red Itchy Rashes On The Thighs
Hello...I got itches in side of thighs and outer vagina..By continuous itching the skin turned to black colour...it also seen that some small ring like reddess rashes around the inner thighs. Consulted doctor for this..they gave fluconazole tablet and liquid wash for Vaginal infection....But the itches not get reduced...Please suggest some medication immediately.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of red itchy rashes on the thighs which occurs due to hair follicle infection and when pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum, dead skin and bacteria get infected.
I would suggest you to start with application of aloe vera gel and apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day as this is safe and natural extract of cereals. You should apply topical antibacterial cream. Apply aloe vera gel to keep moist. I would suggest you to consult dermatologist once and get it examined. You should go for antibiotics(Clindamycin), corticosteroid ointment, and hydroquinone. Do not scratch pimples as they will get infected. Avoid exposure to sunlight and keep areas clean and dry.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
