Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello, going by ur history, u seem to be having a condition known as urticarial vasculitis..the lesions are itchy wheals that persist longer than 48 hours and subside with hyperpigmentation.
I would adv you to visit a dermatologist for evaluation and appropriate management accordingly.
For the time being, take an antihistamine like tab Cetrizine 10 mg at bedtime and apply dermocalm lotion on the lesions twice daily.
Thanks
Take care
