Suggest Treatment For Red Bumps In The Anal Region

Hi, I ve noticed a red circle on the top/in the area of my butt crack (quite odd) thats about 3 or 4 inches in diameter that s been there for 4 days so far. It has progressively gotten more painful as time goes on and now it s to the point of bumps on the road, the movement to stand up/sit down, sitting, sleeping is excruciatingly painful. Is there any over the counter medications I can take that won t require telling my parents/doctor? I feel so embarrassed to even think about showing them this because I know they have to see what it is to treat it (I m a 16 year old girl and I ve never gotten something like this before if that helps with any information). Thank you!

Hi!! I have gone through your history and according to me you are having a furuncle which is a bacterial infection of the hair follicle. You will have to take antibiotic like amoxycillin clavulanic acid combination ( augmentine) twice daily along with antiinflammatory medicine like serratiopeptidase aceclofenac combination ( lyser D) twice daily to reduce pain and swelling. Along with this apply topical antibiotic like mupirocin (t bact) cream on the red area twice daily and go for hot fermentation of the area. This treatment can be continued for 5 days and then you can revert back to me for follow up.This will surely help you.
