Suggest Treatment For Red Blotches On Chest, Neck And Face

I have small, 4mm - 6mm red blotches on my chest, neck and a few on my face. They do not itch and are under the skin. If slight pressure is applied, the blotches disappear for a few seconds but then return. I am a 50 year old male and I also suffer from pulmonary fibrosis and Raynaud s. What causes these blotches and is there any treatment available?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, hypersensitivity reaction is very likely and this need to be managed with local application of Diphenhydramine lotion, it is advisable to get done some endocrine test, hope this information, take care and have a nice day.
