Suggest Treatment For Recurring Vaginal Bleeding And Lower Pelvic Pain Post Child Delivery

Hey, I had a baby 2 months ago. I have been having strange bleeding ever since. It comes and goes. I also been having this thread like discharge with red looking dots in it with a bad smell. I ve been having pain in my pelvic area that comes and goes. And sometimes I feel movements like when I was pregnant. I ve been getting headaches and dizzy. Also, I got an iud after having my baby. But I don t think it s related to that because I ve had these symptoms before I got the iud. Could you know whats going on ? Is this common after having a baby ?

I really appreciate your concern, such dysfunctional bleeding is common in postpartum phase but this need to be ruled out for the residual part if any, other symptoms of dizziness, headache may not be due to this, over all thi is nothing to worry, hope this information may helps, take care and have a nice day.
