General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.

Noted your history of recurrent tonsillitis and pharyngitis, green stools, cloudy urine, feeling high and low, mucus build up in throat, taken penicillin.
As per the history this seems to be a case of some focus of infection, usually in the nose or sinuses as this is difficult to diagnose and treat.
Take an opinion of an ENT Surgeon.
Request for full investigations as you are suffering for a long time.
CT scan of sinuses.
Tests of blood and throat swab.
Change over to another antibiotic.
Anti-inflammatory medicine.
Decongestant.
Tests of stool and urine as there is a problem there too and get treated as per the cause found.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, ENT & General Surgeon
