Suggest Treatment For Recurring Sinus Infection And Post Nasal Drip

yes I constantly continually get sinus infection and post nasal drip causing asthma symptoms tonight I purchased sinus spray for severe sinus problems. I have been able to breathe without any hindrance of my sinuses. What could be a really causing my problems I presently take trileptal and told my doctor that the symptoms with the trileptal side effects is rhinitis and I wondered if that could be part of the problem.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Brief answer
Flu like symptoms are common with trileptal

Detailed answer
I have gone through your query i appreciate your concern I think I have a better answer to help you out
In my opinion it could be because of hypersensitivity of upper respiratory tract or as a side effect to trileptal
i would advise you to take Fluticasone or Azelastine nasal spray to be taken twice daily with steam inhalation and avoidance of exposure to dry cold
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help
wish you good health
