General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having viral infection producing low fever, generalized body-ache, mallaize and fatigue.
Take ibuprofen or paracetamol to get symptomatic relief of symptoms.
Take plenty of water and light diet.
Take complete rest.
Ok and take care.
