Suggest Treatment For Recurring Cold

Hi Doctor, From last few years I am regularly suffering from cold, say after every 2 months I suffer, Doctors say that the part of bone in my nose has grown which causes this problem, always my dad has the same problem, so request you to suggest some medicines or ways to overcome this.

Hello there,
thanks for posting here.
Your symptoms sound like nasal allergy. The enlarged bones are probably turbinates. Nasal inhalation all steroid sprays can be started once daily. Mometasone spray is one of them.
