Suggest Treatment For Recurring Cold And Wheezing

I have had a cold since Nov 2011. Got rid of it for 1 week now its back. I cought all night long and have to get up. Once I am moving around it goes away. I have no money for cought medication. I am poor can you help? I wheeze all the time and I do smoke and have cut back to a pack every 4 days.

Hi,thank you for posting your query on health care magic.

Looking at your symptoms,you are suffering from inflammation of the respiratory that due to allergy.

You may get relief by taking following medication:
Antihistaminic-Decongestant like Cetrizine+ Phenylephrine
Cough expectorant like Ambroxol and Bronchodilator like Salbutamol.

Also do steam inhalation.Drink lots of fluids(warm).Avoid smoking,dust and other pollutants.Avoid cold food.
