Suggest Treatment For Recurring Blisters Around Mouth

My daughter has Chronic Granulomatosis Disease. She has frequent blisters in her mouth and breakouts on her body. I can call her doctor about this and just tells me to increase her medications. How is increasing the medications without seeing her make this any better. They will sometimes go away and sometimes not. She has high fevers sometimes one time a month and then sometimes more. If she does get a fever I call her doctor and he tells me to give her motrin and see if it comes down after an hour. Alot can happen to a child in a hour.
