General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that this problem can be due to atrophic changes in vagina leading to dryness in vagina producing vulvo-vaginitis.
Go for one course of antibiotic and flagyl for 5 days.
You might require local application of estrogen cream to cure this condition.
Consult Gynaec and get examined.
Keep local hygiene proper.
Ok and take care.
