Suggest treatment for recurrent stye in the eye

I have been getting styes for about 4 months in my left eye always on the upper lid. Now I have a large one on my right eye. I rarely use eye make up. what is the cause of this. I have never had this problem before. I have been using warm compresses and baby shampoo to sooth the eye lid.
