Hi, I’m panicking a little about possible pneumonia or sepsis. and I have had a sore throat on and off for a few days, and have also developed mouth ulcers. Today I woke up very, very tired, with sore muscles like I worked out the day before, and with a heavy chest (like a ton of bricks on top). I have also felt dizzy, like my equilibrium feels off and my face feels puffy and balloon-like. I have mostly a dry cough, sometimes mucus but not often. Also, Runny nose, green and clear mucus and lack of appetite. I feel increasingly disoriented and weak. I’m dehydrated, and had a hard time urinating this evening, I had to go but I had to push, it felt strange. I’ve had constipation and stomach pain too, but I’m also cramping because of menstruation. I haven’t had a fever, but I’m very worried about pneumonia, or possibly an aggressive bacterial infection due to my teeth/gums. Should I go to sleep, and go to urgent care in the morning? I’m afraid I’ll wake up in worse condition. I’m very anxious. Thank you for your time.
