Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Sneezing With Persistent Cold

Dear Sir, I have been suffering from recurrent sneezing and persistent cold since Oct 2013 to till date. I ve visited many doctors but felt only momentary relief until I took doze. Afterwards problem regains and whenever I get relaxed from recurrent sneezing and cold but still have to suffer from nasal blockage problem. So please sir suggest me the best remedy for the permanent cure of this problem. I ll be highly obliged to you. Tayyab Nafis

hello, thanks for ur query, sequence of sneezes,running nose, itching in ears, itching in roof of mouth, blackness under eyes are the symptoms of allergic rhinitis. it is best prevented by not to expose to cold, dust, not to consume ice creams, fridge water, curd. best treetment is avamys( fluticasone ) nasal spray twice daily , tab. Montek- lc ( montelukast+citrizine once daily at bed time . all the best. take care.
