Hi,
Welcome to the HCM
Brief..First she has to avoid triggering factors causing allergy.
Detailed answer..Since rashes can occur recurrently because of hypersensitivity to some particular food products are other factors like dust, mites at bed, pollens or change of weather etc.First you should note down in diary what are the triggering effects and discuss with your doctor.
Get a food allergy test (pin prick test) done to know what food products can cause rashes.Get C.B.C (complete blood count done) to rule out easinophilia.
To decrease allergy she may take tab.telfast to avoid side effects of wysolone. For increasing weight encourage her for doing cycling and having plenty of fruits and vegetables instead of having junk food.
