General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to mialgia which is an inflammation of the muscles.
I suggest using a muscle relaxant such as Baclofen three times a day.
I also suggest using magnesium supplements daily.
I recommend warm compresses and warm shower to help relieve the symptoms.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
