Hi and welcome to Healthcaremagic. I understand your concerns.
The only efficient treatment is another surgical repair and this time you should insist on better quality mesh prothesis which can be inserted to prevent recurence. This can be done at hernia centres in larger hospitals. You should do MRI scan prior to this to see the position of hernia.
I hope I have answered you query
Kindly regards. Wish you a good health.
