Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Diarrhea

I have been having diaherra for since yesterday. If I eat or drink anything I have to go to the bathroom within 10 to 15 min. My doctor told me two weeks ago that I had a virius that was causing my diaherra and vomiting at that time. I went one week without it and now it is back.

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a viral infection.

Some advice that I can give to you is:
-Drink plenty of fluids.
-Take oral rehydration drinks, available from your pharmacist.
-Take probiotics.
-Avoid spicy food, eat bananas, rice, toast.

If you do not feel better in some days, then do a stool test to confirm the cause.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi
