HI
Well come to HCM
Urinary tract infection is the common condition seen in female patients and difficult to treat some time, underlying cause of infection is matters and this need to be found out, certain test are to be done like ultrasonography, CT Abdomen, urine culture sensitivity test, in my opinion such condition some time well responds to "Sodium hydrochloride citrate" 20 ml four time in day, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
