Suggest Treatment For Recurrent UTI, Vaginal Thrush And Abdominal Pain.

for over a year I ve been having this problem and still haven t got a diagnosis yet. I started off having recurrent uti,  which I got treated for, the antibiotics Didn t seem to do anything do it came straight back again. I then got thrush a couple of times and got treated for that . however all my symptoms came back again.. feeling the urge to urinate,  burning after sex or when going to  the toilet. I then started getting really bad abdominal pain and unusual discharge. I got tested for a uti but all clear. I went to a clinic also and got tested for any stds.  straight away she thought I had pid. but then after a couple of weeks of treatment all results came back negative.  however I was free from pain for a couple of weeks after the treatment. i then got really bad thrush which took two treatments to clear up.I ve had blood tests done they all came back clear. I then went to hospital again, he had a look inside my vagina, he said there was no sign of any infection but looked really inflamed and sore. he also recommend   having a camera put into my urethra to look into my bladder,  so I had that done any eveything came back negative.  I ve also had an ultrasound on my pelvis and one also inserted into my vagina. I am awaiting the results but she said eveything looked okay. so I don t know where else to turn. In the last year or more the longest amount of time I ve not been in pain is two weeks. I ve been treated for pid, utis,  yeast infections, bacterial infections and I m still no further. I think some foods/drinks may affect the symptoms but the only thing that deffinetely affects it is the time of the month.  as I seem to be in more pain around my period.  at the moment it s virtually impossible for me to have sex because it s so painful,  but if I do I get a burning sensation after. I have lower abdomen and back pain. pelvic flares where I feel like something  is being pushed into the urethra/vagina. pain in the groin/tops of my legs which makes it sometimes unbearable for me to walk. aching or sharp pains in the bladder. pro-longed bleeding on periods and spotting between periods. unpleasant odour and unusual discharge that can go from being really watery, to thick and white to green! also some times when I press on my abdomen it s feels like there s a hard lump? and sometimes constipation.  I ve been reading up on the Internet and my symptoms seem to match many conditions. . ibs, endometriosis,  interstatial cystitis.  But because all my scans and tests so far have come back negative I don t want to have surgery (laroscopy ) for the results to also come back negative!
