Suggest Treatment For Recurrent UTI During Pregnancy

I m 6 months pregnant and I m having recurrent symptomatic UTI positive to Citrobacter Koseri, I was treated with amoxicillin, but the symptoms returned after one week. It is sensitive to amikacin, ciprofloxacine, nitrofurantoin, trimetropin/sulf.., ampicillin/sulbactam, ceftazidime. What should I do? Thank you E N

Start on antibiotics according to the culture report. Keep in mind that you have to avoid certain antibiotics as it might harm your baby. Consult a physician and he can help you to chose the best antibiotics.
