Hello,

The common causes for rectum infection are Colitis, improper hygiene, secondary infection to piles. You can take tablet Norflox TZ. Do ultrasound abdomen and pelvis and drink plenty of fluids.

Treatment mainly depends upon underlying conditions. Kindly follow with detailed history or consult with physician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale
