Suggest Treatment For Rectal Bleeding, Abdominal Pain And Polyps In Colon

48yo male, cigarette smoker approx half pack of cigarettes per day. Occasional alcohol use, maybe 3 to 4 times per year socially. Not overweight, 5 8 tall, 155# Diagnosed with diverticulitis several years ago. Have almost daily issues with rectal bleeding, hemmoriods. I belch a lot, regardless of what food or drink I intake. My stomach makes loud grumbling noises, daily. Mild pain in lower left abdomen almost constant. Left shoulder, and left arm ache. Sometimes sharp shoulder pain. Sometimes numbing feeling in arm, below elbow. Shoulder makes loud clicking noises when arm is lifted and or rotated. Last endoscopy/colonoscopy was in July 2014, found polyops throughout colon, nothing cancerous... Very uncomfortable, quite often. What should I ask dr to check for or examine?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, with the hemorrhoid infection may be associated and you can ask for the infection to be eradicated first and of course hemorrhoid needs surgery and you can ask for this too hope this information helps.
