Suggest Treatment For Rashes On The Wrist

I have a rash that just came up on my wrist last night. I don t really go outside so I am not thinking about poison ivy or poison oak. It is a small area on my wrist and it looks like little pin pricks, they are raised, and red and itch a lot. I have put Benadryl gel spray on it. It is weird shaped, it sort of looks like a crown but there are a few of the little pricks to the side and a little lower. Any ideas, or should I just call my doctor in the morning? Thank you so much for assisting me.
