GMy dad has a rash that looks like this but its reder and very influmed he has it from shoulders all the way down his body I have pictures if that helps some areas is green from him screching too much his doctor gave him creams nd anitiboics but nothing has clear it up what can it be he got this rash on hands first after taken blood persure tablas than doc took him off them and now after 6weeks its gone everywere what can this be
Hi. As per your case history your father is probably having allergic rashes. My treatment advice is - 1. Avoid using any new products like soap or perfume as it may worsen the condition. 2. Apply a mild topical steroid cream like mometasone cream twice daily on affected skin. 3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days. 4. Other treatment options are oral steroid like prednisone or betamethasone taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
