Suggest Treatment For Rashes On The Middle Lower Back

my boyfriend is67yrs old keeps getting this welt like rash on middle lower back and vwhen it comes he gets super tired and has problems staying awake but sleeps fine but he says it hurts alot to move around at all though and he had it two months ago to but he had a cold sore as well then but it comes and goes every few months can you help

I really appreciate your concern, it could be allergic condition and it may be steroid responsive so it is better to try local steroid like "Beclomethasone" and oral antihistamine like Tab Levocetirizine 10 mg three times in day, let me tell you that skin condition always demands the clinical examination, for proper diagnosis so it is better to see the dermatologist if these fails to work hope this information helps.
