Hi,

Skin rashes are a skin problem that need a physical examination to diagnose, and might be related to many causes. It gets worse with warm weather because your skin sweats, and gets more irritable. Generally, rashes that worsen by heat, are called cholinergic urticaria.

You should consult a dermatologist to put the right diagnosis. Meanwhile you can:

- Take antihistaminic drug (Loratadine daily) or if this doesn't work you can try corticosteroids.
- Try to prevent worsening by, avoiding the heating of your body

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
