Suggest Treatment For Rashes On Legs

I help out packaging food, we all were wearing gloves, when we done I took off my gloves to help clean up, when I got to the truck my ankle itched I scratched it and quickly stopped, thinking something could be on my nails, from that I broke out with a sore on my ankle, I got that healed, now a sore broke out right next to that and I have a rash from ankle to half way up my leg. I've been using Epsom salts on it. What should I be doing?
