Suggest Treatment For Rashes In Thighs And Breast

I started to have skin rashes on my body in areas where you sweat more often, such as in between my thighs, stomache area, belly button, underneath breasts and they have started to turn black, my belly button is also black colour now. I was wondering if this will go away or are these marks permanent.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
The main cause of these rashs is because of skin irritation in the area caused by friciton. This skin irritation is brought upon by a number of things such as dampness, warm environment, bad hygiene, incontinence or infection. Other causes are contact dermatitis, infection, and allergic reaction to fragrances and bits of diaper. These areas do not get a chance to dry out or have any exposure to fresh air. Blackening is due to hyperkeratosis caused by skin friction.
Advice
1.     Apply cream containing clobetasol, gentamicin, miconazole (Lobate – GM cream) thrice daily
2.     You can also apply calamine lotion thrice daily for soothing effect
3.     Expose the area to fresh air
4.     Do not scratch
5.     Avoid wearing undergarment for few days
6.     Wear loose cotton cloths
7.     Use dusting powder to prevent sweating
8.     Keep the area as clean and dry
9.     Avoid using harsh detergents in the cleaning process
10.     Bath with good quality soap
Thanks
