Suggest Treatment For Rashes And Swelling On The Body Of A Teenager

My son s (age 16) feet, hands and lips are swelling up and he is getting a rash all over his body. He is fully coherent, no fever and a regular heart beat. His living environment has not changed in years and he continue to use the same cologne, soaps and detergents. Any ideas?

This is some kind of allergy that we are dealing with please maintain a food dairy and keep a note as to when the rashes come up and try to avoid the trigger in the meanwhile use tab allegra 120mg daily at night to control the on going allergic reaction
