Suggest treatment for rash on penis

Hello, recently I believe that I chafed the head of my penis. There was blood around it and it stings every time that it touches my boxers. It is right next to my urethra and I fear that blood may have gone in there. I can t really see a scratch . Please tell me how I would heal this the fastest way. Thank you.

In short: Apply oint soframycin locally

Explanation: If you injured your glans then apply oint soframycin for 2-3 days, with loose clothing for some days. If it subsides in 3-5 days then leave it. Otherwise consult your doctor for physical examination. And do not forget to give rest to sexual activity for some days. Hope this helps.
