Suggest Treatment For Rash On Face And Blisters Inside Ear

My daughter was with her father the last few weeks and when I came back she had a rash on her right nostril. It was red and went inside her nostril. When it was dry it had a yellow tinge to it. This was Thursday I ve been trying different ointments on it and now it seems it has spread all over her face and now she has a blister inside her left ear.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It could be Impetigo contagiosa which is a bacterial infection of skin. You can apply Mupirocin ointment for a week and if you do not get any improvement, you should consult your Dermatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
