Suggest Treatment For Rash On Back Of Hands

I have developed a rash on the back of both hands over the past 3 weeks. I went to the doctor last week and was prescribed Prednisone which worked well. The tablets finished a few days ago and now the rash is back. I am taking a dose of anti histamines each day as well as using a doublebase cream. Is there anything I can use that does not require a trip to the doctor again?

Hi. Did your doctor mention any diagnosis? The rash is coming back when prednisolone was stopped. It means we need to look for the cause of rash. Unless we address it, rash might keep coming back. And, long term prednisolne has so many serious side effects and hence, not an option. You might post photograph so that we can have a look of rash. Thanks
